Alan Choi - Associate Broker
I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and have been part of the Paragon Investments Inc. sales team since 2006. I was introduced into the work force at a very young age and always had a passion for working with people. In my early teenage years, I worked as a busboy and waiter at Tai Tung Restaurant, which helped spark my fire for serving others. My first language is English with my second language being Chinese (Cantonese). Since I’ve joined the Paragon Investments Inc.
sales team, I have served customers in Real Estate from Seattle, Washington all the way to Tacoma, Washington, and even out East to Tonasket County. I really love and enjoy working with first time home buyers, renters, and small investors, but generally I just love to assist in any way I can in Real Estate and in life. My top priority is Customer Service with Integrity, making sure I protect and guide my clients through a smooth Real Estate transaction. On my days off of Real Estate, I work for the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation “Late Night” Program where I mentor “At Risk” Teens to help them build life, benefitting skills, and also training them to be out leaders of tomorrow.

Oscar Cunanan - Associate Broker
Paragon is privileged to have Oscar Cunanan on our team. He holds a special place, having been with us longer than any of our other agents, since 2004. Oscar has extensive experience in sales and marketing. Starting his career working as a regional sales supervisor at Kawasaki Motors for a number of years, he quickly moved up in the ranks, being promoted to international liaison and winning multiple company awards for achievement of excellence.
Along the way, Oscar had the opportunity to hone his talents, knack for business, and people skills. This invaluable experience gave him the perfect launch pad for what is his amazing career in Real Estate to this date.
Oscar specializes in international client relations (particularly Philippino), negotiation and financing help. He is a problem solver and the best at what he does. Oscar always goes the extra mile to help his clients find their dream properties and does it within their budget. Nothing makes him happier than making a house into a home for his clients!
