When Paragon Investments Inc. was established in 1987 we were focused from the very start on one main goal: to establish trust and partnership with our clients - and get them into the home that is perfect for thier needs. While other companies were busy concerning themselves with volume and sales, our concerns were centered on a much more personal note. Since day one we have strived to ensure our clients are happy and comfortable with each phase of purchasing their new home. We do whatever it takes - hold their hands in guidance and talk them through what can sometimes be a very confusing and intimidating process. Both Harold and Cris Reese (Co-founders and CEOs of Paragon Investments) have been comitted to a "hands-on / like family" approach to doing business and their proven track record of closing on nearly 100% of thier transactions is a testament to this method's success.

Harold Reese - Co-Founder/CEO of Paragon Investments began his real estate career after he was able to proudly serve our country in the United States Air Force as a medical services specialist. After completion of his tour, he sought out his extensive real estate and broker's education from Seattle Community College, John Mykut school, Seattle Board of Realtors, the Rockwell
1977 with West Coast Homes (Seattle, WA). She quickly sky rocekted to becoming one of their top agents, utilizing her valued skills of being bi-lingual, charismatic and tenacious as a huge assets. She left the company in 1982, soon after joining the team at Advanced Properties and repeated this process - quickly rising to the top of sales and solidifying her reputation as a real estate juggernaut. After 5 years time, she and her husband Harold Reese decided it was time for them to venture out on their own and thus, Paragon Investments Inc. was born. Cris has been an instrumental part of growing Paragon Investments into the wonderful company it is today. Her uncanny ability to understand each of her clients' and broker associate's needs - highlighted by her knowledge of different cultures and languages makes her an in-expendable asset. Cris' work style carries a more personal touch. She works as though your listing is the only one she has - on a 24/7 basis which means you never feel alone throughout the home buying/selling process. Her clients are very special to her and are her top priority. On a personal note, Cris has raised 3 amazing daughters, and now has two grandchildren whom she loves to see every day. In her free time she is an active member in many groups and charities including Couples For Christ, and loves spending time with her litte Pomeranian dog, Hershey.

He also obtained his insurance license at the Washington School of Insurance from which he gained certification as a life, health, property and casualty insurance agent. Harold, like his wife, joined the team at Advanced Properties in 1982 as a real estate broker and sales team managing director. In 1987, he and Cris Reese (his wife) decided to move on, excited start their new company: Paragon Investments. Since the birth of the company, Harold has been a solid leader and a tremendous motivational asset to all of his broker associates. He has gained a great reputation for thinking outside of the box with marketing strategies and sales in the marketplace. Harold provides a great backbone for Paragon, he is meticulous and caring, striving to make sure every transaction flows smoothly for broker associates and clients alike. Working as Senior Broker and managing director for Paragon, he makes sure all aspects of each transaction are met with attention to detail, and all deliverables are filed and submitted correctly - within regulation of NWMLS ruling. In his spare time, Harold loves to watch his daughters perform, play with his grandchildren, attend baseball games, fish, and like his wife Cris loves to spend time with their little Pomeranian dog, Hershey.
